Program Acceptance Checklist

How to confirm your enrollment in a Florence program.

Congratulations on your acceptance! Here’s a clear checklist of what to do next to maximize your chances of getting to the U.S. You have a few actions you must take, like respond in TouroOne Connect, download the acceptance letter, apply for financial aid, and complete an I-20 application.

You’ll be working with two different online systems:

  • TouroOne Connect, the Admissions Portal at apply.touro.edu, where you review your decision and confirm your intent to enroll, and

  • TouroOne, the Student Portal at touroone.touro.edu, where you manage your student account, login credentials, and access student services.

The checklist below will walk you through each step to officially secure your place in the program. If you have any questions, email [email protected].

Step 1: Respond in TouroOne Connect

  • Go to apply.touro.edu and log in.

  • Click Review ApplicationApplication SummaryView Decision.

  • (Optional) Download your decision letter.

  • Click Intent to Enroll (accept or decline offer).


Step 2: Validate Your TouroOne Account

  • Find email from [email protected] (“Welcome to Touro University”).

  • Activate your account within 7 days using the link provided.

  • If already validated: log in at touroone.touro.edu.

  • If needed, reset username/password using "Forgot Password."

  • Contact your counselor or helpdesk ([email protected]) if you cannot log in.


Step 3: Submit Acceptance Response Form

  • Go to Acceptance Response Form (link in email).

  • Select your program and required information and submit.

  • Save/print a copy (emailed to you automatically).


Step 4: Complete I-20 Application


Step 5: Apply for Financial Aid

  • Apply through MPOWER Financial with school, program, and personal details.

  • Provide info on education, timelines, work history, and existing Florence grant.

  • Upload required documents; such as acceptance letter, I-20 form, and

  • Final approval takes a few weeks; in the meantime, you can apply for grants.


Step 6: Schedule Visa Appointment

  • We will introduce you to immigration attorney at Boundless

  • They will ask you to fill out a DS-160 form to schedule a visa interview

  • Upload required documents; such as passport, photos, and I-20 form

  • Schedule visa interview (typically 4-6 weeks)
