This guide will help you prepare for your 15-minute live virtual interview, which will be recorded and reviewed by the Grady Health hiring team.

The hospital is looking for strong clinical skills, professionalism, and flexibility — and since this is a live interview with no do-overs, preparation is key.


Before Your Interview

Download and Test the App

We may conduct your interview via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or Cal.com.

  • Download and install the necessary app ahead of time.

  • Test your microphone, camera, and internet connection.

Choose the Right Environment

  • Quiet, well-lit location with no interruptions.

  • Neutral background if possible.

  • Position your camera at eye level.

  • Be ready to talk about your clinical experience, NCLEX status, and motivation for working in the U.S.

1. Can you briefly introduce yourself — your current role, where you're working, and the type of patients you care for?

4. Have you already passed the NCLEX? Do you need assistance in applying for Authorization to Test (ATT)?

Clarify your licensing status and readiness.


5. What do you look forward to most about working and taking care of patients in the U.S.?

Show your motivation and long-term vision.


6. Where do you see yourself professionally 2–3 years after arriving in the U.S.?

Discuss your career growth goals.


7. If you were offered a position in the program starting this year, how soon would you be ready to start the process and relocate?

Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to move forward.
