Earning Points
By completing activities in the app, you can earn points and redeem them for valuable rewards such as exam vouchers and gift cards. Here’s your guide to how points are earned and the maximum you can collect in each category.
1. Study & Exams
Studying is the heart of your NCLEX prep, and Florence rewards you for putting in the work.
Complete 1 practice exam (150 questions) → +50 points
Score 70% or higher on an exam → +100 points
Pass the NCLEX → +350 points
Maximum for practice exams: 100 points (plus the 350 points if you pass the NCLEX)
2. Profile Setup
A complete profile boosts your visibility and opportunities in the Florence network.
Upload profile photo → +10 points
Add work history → +10 points
Add education → +10 points
Add RN license → +20 points
Upload a resume → +30 points
Complete self-interview → +70 points
Maximum for full profile setup: 150 points
3. App Engagement
Consistent engagement helps you get the most from Florence’s features.
Download the mobile app → +20 points
Be active 5 days in a row → +10 points
Be active 10 days in a row → +20 points
Maximum for app engagement: 50 points
4. Referrals
Help other nurses join Florence and earn rewards along the way.
Refer a nurse who signs up → +20 points
Referral uploads resume → +10 points
Maximum per referral: 30 points
Maximum total referrals: 150 points
